Metal – Zinc/Aluminum Alloy Die Casting

If you’re concerned with reducing weight, maintaining heat dissipation, and maintaining rigidity in medium- to thick-walled structures, aluminum alloy die-casting offers the best balance of performance and cost-efficiency. If your product requires extreme aesthetics, thin-wall precision, and ultra-high-speed production, zinc alloy die-casting offers the optimal solution for both cost and aesthetics.

Plastics – Rapid Tooling and Injection Molding

We produce batches of up to 20K parts using aluminum molds and 200K-500K parts using steel molds. (P20 / NAK80)

Plastics – Low Pressure Injection (RIM)

Low-pressure infusion is used to create large, lightweight, durable models that closely resemble the final product, with up to 3,000 replicas possible.

2. Modification

Production begins after receiving the order. Our professional team will discuss and modify the 3D drawings with the customer.

3. Production

Transfer the completed processing drawings to the CNC/3D printing machine for molding and monitor the production status

4. Assembly

The finished parts will be surface-modified to the customer-specified appearance, and then assembled into the finished product.

Package the finished product properly and send it to the customer’s designated destination or deliver it to the customer within the delivery period.
