Full industrial design service — from brief to production-ready 3D CAD. We sketch, render, model in SolidWorks / Rhino / Fusion 360, and conduct DFM reviews before a single prototype is cut. Ergonomics, user interaction, brand language, and CMF direction are embedded in every deliverable.
Initial Prototyping —

Three prototyping routes matched to your stage: SLA/SLS/MJF 3D printing for fast form studies (2–5 days); CNC machining from ABS, PC, or aluminium at ±0.05mm for precise appearance models; silicone mould and PU vacuum casting for 5–50 identical samples that match production Shore hardness. Mechanism Design
& Verification
We design the internal mechanical architecture your product needs — hinges, sliders, click mechanisms, folding structures, snap fits, and press fits. Every mechanism is validated through kinematic simulation before prototyping, and then physically stress-tested and measured to confirm it performs as designed. No surprises at tooling stage.

Colour, Material, and Finish direction is often what turns a good design into an unforgettable one. We produce CMF exploration sample sets — the same form in multiple colour / texture / material combinations — so you can see, hold, and compare before committing to production tooling. Pantone and RAL colour-managed throughout.

Every project follows the same five-stage discipline — brief, design, prototype, verify, deliver. What changes is how deeply we go in each stage, depending on what you need. You can enter at any stage.
We develop the brief with you — use case, user, market position, technology constraints. Then produce sketch directions and a concept selection deck.
Selected concept evolved into full 3D CAD. Ergonomics resolved. CMF direction set. DFM checked against target production process. Renderings and technical drawings produced.
