Battery Management System (BMS)
BMS master & slave control unit enclosures, HV junction box housings, contactor bracket assemblies, cell voltage sense PCB frames, and current sensor bodies. AL6061 or EMI-shielded AL5052 with IP67 seal grooves.
Thermal Management System
Liquid cooling bottom plates, serpentine channel cold plates, coolant manifold inlet / outlet blocks, heat exchanger end caps, and TIM spacer frames. AL6061 FSW / vacuum brazed with pressure-test ports.
Energy Storage System (ESS) Housings
Residential wall-mount battery enclosures, commercial rack-mount ESS cabinets, outdoor NEMA 4X / IP66 housing prototypes, cable entry gland plates, and module stacking frames. CNC + RIM + powder coat.

Corrosion-Resistant Materials
Battery and energy storage components demand exceptional thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance in electrolyte environments, dimensional stability under thermal cycling, and compatibility with FSW welding and vacuum brazing. We stock and process every alloy your pack architecture requires.
Cell module trays and cooling plates default to AL6061-T6 for FSW weldability and thermal conductivity. Pack lower trays in AL5052 for formability and corrosion resistance. Structural battery enclosures in AL7075-T6 for high strength. BMS enclosures in AL6061 or EMI-shielded AL5052. Gaskets and seal rings in silicone Shore 40–70A. Electrical isolators in PEEK or POM.
